Our local Guides are Nubian's themselves and are from this region of Sudan. We spend our time traveling along the Nile and through the adjacent Desert. We camp, stay at small hotels and best of all stay at locals houses for a couple of nights. There are many historic temples and sites along the River, all from about 1000 BC. The sites are not crowded as they can be in Egypt. |
