The Cape Grace Hotel is situated on the west quay of Cape Town's Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, overlooking the international yacht basin, with Table Mountain as a splendid backdrop . Each room at the Cape Grace is tastefully decorated and has extra touches, such as fresh flowers, a good selection of African themed books and delightful bathroom products, as well as a fully stocked mini-bar, with fresh milk delivered in the morning. The elegant Cape Grace, with its historical French-influenced architecture, is the perfect base for both business and leisure travelers.

| Day 4 |
This morning you will be met by your private guide for your tour of the 'Mother City'. Pass by the Houses of Parliament, visit the moat and torture chamber of The Castle - South Africa's oldest building. Then you will visit the District Six Museum, which documents the tragic apartheid-era disintegration of a vibrant community. Continue your explorations as you head for Table Mountain. Table Mountain Cable Way is weather permitting. (Cable Way tickets not included)
Board the Cable way, and proceed to the top of the Mountain. Take some time to enjoy the magical views that your position above the city bowl affords. Table Mountain is a sandstone plateau rising up above the Cape Flats. The top is approximately 3km wide, and at its highest point, Maclears Beacon, rises to 1085m. Over the centuries it has become one of South Africa's most famous landmarks. The steep cliffs and rocky outcrops of the mountain play home to a number of plants and animals. The mountain is home to approximately 1470 species of plants, more than the entire British Isles! Complimenting this vast array of flora is a stunning range of fauna, some, like the Table Mountain Ghost Frog, being found in no other place in the world.
Once you have finished taking in the breathtaking sights, descend to savor the spicy aromas of the Malay Quarter. The tour ends at the shoppers' paradise, the V&A Waterfront. You have the afternoon to visit the markets or perhaps take an optional trip to Robben Island.

| Day 5 |
Head out with our guide for the beautiful Cape Peninsula. Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard, to Hout Bay, where we stop for an optional Seal Island Cruise (own account). From Hout Bay, travel to Noordhoek and through Ou Kaapse Weg. Proceed to the Cape Point Nature Reserve, where you are able to ride the Funicular to the viewpoint where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. The Cape Peninsula is the thin finger of land in the southwestern most corner of Africa with the city of Cape Town at its head. As you travel south towards Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, the land gets narrower until the great Indian and Atlantic Oceans combine into one vast southern ocean, with nothing beyond except Antarctica. In 1578 Sir Francis Drake described it as "The fairest cape in the whole circumference of the globe," and it still is. The Peninsula can be divided into the Atlantic coast on the west (including the City of Cape Town) and the False Bay coast on the east. With nothing but water all around the peninsula, the weather can be a little unpredictable and the wind can whip itself up into a fury. Luckily when it is howling on one side it is normally quiet on the other, so you can always find a sheltered spot .
On leaving the Nature Reserve, proceed to Simonstown, for a short stop at Boulders Beach. Nestled in historic Simon's Town in South Africa, Boulders Penguin Colony is part of the Cape Peninsula National Park. Almost 3000 African (jackass) penguins, so called because their call resembles the bray of a donkey, reign supreme amidst rounded rocks and fish-filled False Bay. These endangered, flightless birds are free to roam the seas and return to their private haven - Foxy Beach at Boulders. After your tour; return to Cape Town for an evening at leisure.

In his footprints, only moments away from the mighty Zambezi River with the dramatic torrent of the Victoria Falls as its natural milieu, a magnificent Resort has been created as a testament to his discovery and in reverence to the splendor of this World Heritage site. Journey to this magical place and witness the greatest mass of falling water on earth as it plunges down a sheer rock face, spraying its mystical mist hundreds of meters in the air. The awesome Victoria Falls is much closer to you here - it feels as if you could reach out and touch it, as it plummets into the chasm far below.
